Engage with the Customer over the phone call and convince them to process his loan application. Fulfill the loan application form by collecting various business loan-related documents and necessary information from the customer who has applied for a business loan. Collect and verify all the sets of necessary documents from the customer side. Ready to take 200 to 250 calls per day along with at least 3 to 4 hours of conversation with all the customers. Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies. Review and verify all the legal documents collected from customers and check them properly to process the loan application. Prepare and present a note regarding a conversation with the customer and update the CRM as per the policies and procedures. Transfer loan files to further teams for analysis. Present any problem largely affecting the decision/processing of loan applications to Unit Supervisor. Process, close, present, service, and record loan-related notes and disbursements, etc. Key Skills : Our client is a non-deposit taking NBFC, providing SME lending in India.
