Job Title: Female Telecaller (Personal & Business Loan Process)

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers with at least 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the personal and business loan sector. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about loan options, and assisting them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone, offering personal and business loan products based on their needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for loan applications.
• Product Explanation: Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions to customers in a clear and effective manner.
• Data Management: Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Follow-up Calls: Consistently follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely completion of the loan application process.
• Customer Support: Resolve queries and concerns related to the loan process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly or weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the loan processing and sales team to ensure seamless loan approval and disbursement.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Age: 18-30 years.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience (preferably in the loan or financial services sector).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Skills: Good phone etiquette, persuasive skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
• Self-Motivated: Target-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Janakpuri, Delhi.
