• Manage complex loan transactions and provide oversight for daily loan processing activities.
• Review and verify loan documents to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor loan processing KPIs and SLAs, ensuring that all loan transactions meet performance standards.
• Support the design and refinement of loan processing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Loan Processing Officers, helping to resolve escalated issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth transfer of knowledge during operational transitions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous optimization of loan processing functions.

PROFILE:Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 3-5 years of experience in loan processing, with exposure to complex transactions.

• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with loan processing systems and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and support team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
