Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xa7 Focus on team deliverables and expected performance levels to achieve targeted objectives and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
\xc2\xa7 Supervision & assessing work allocation, identifying areas of capacity globally during day
\xc2\xa7 Monitoring of break items / aged items highlighted through DLO reporting/NOSTROS/ and analytical reporting
\xc2\xa7 Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately
\xc2\xa7 Comply with audit and compliance regulations and be the focal point for audit visits
\xc2\xa7 Update of SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and monitoring to ensure adherence to them by all staff
\xc2\xa7 Focal point for all staff and client queries both internally and externally
\xc2\xa7 Implement strategy and core objectives for the team in line with the global operations roadmap
\xc2\xa7 Maintain high levels of engagement with the Lenders, Credit executives/Underwriters, Client service executives and Bankers
\xc2\xa7 Manage partnerships by working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the firm.
\xc2\xa7 Manage the team to maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores
\xc2\xa7 Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
\xc2\xa7 The person will be involved in key projects related to process re-engineering, designing new functionalities, end user testing and training.
\xc2\xa7 In addition the Team Lead Supervisor is also expected to protect the clients\xe2\x80\x99 and Banks\xe2\x80\x99 interests at all times and ensure that their integrity is maintained within the market place. To ensure department procedures are maintained and internal processes can adapt to market/client demands. To maintain optimum service level for all clients ensuring any reasons for and proposed solutions to, negative trends are documented and escalated.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
\xc2\xa7 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
\xc2\xa7 Candidate should be open to work in night shifts
\xc2\xa7 Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
\xc2\xa7 Supervisory experience in managing complex process with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
\xc2\xa7 Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents
\xc2\xa7 ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred
\xc2\xa7 Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability
\xc2\xa7 Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
\xc2\xa7 Attention to detail and problem solving skills
\xc2\xa7 Client relationship and time management
