Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Loan Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing and managing loan processing, documentation, and reconciliation to ensure smooth and efficient loan operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan management, knowledge of financial reconciliation, and experience with customer-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify loan applications and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

- Calculate overdue amounts, EMIs, foreclosure interest, and manage loan reconciliation with lending partners.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan-related documentation and transactions.

- Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan transactions.

- Ensure timely processing of loans from application to disbursement, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Support customer inquiries regarding loan processes, payment schedules, and other loan-related queries.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on loan processing and reconciliation activities.

- Assist in the development and improvement of loan processing policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in loan operations, reconciliation, or finance-related roles.

- Strong understanding of loan calculations, interest rates, overdue management, and financial reconciliations.

- Proficiency with loan management software and MS Excel.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
