Job Description

Experience in bank field is mandatory 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

Assemble and organize loan application materials, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

Customer Service:

Answer client inquiries, provide information about loan products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Loan Processing Support:

Assist with preparing loan presentations, gathering documentation, and verifying information.

Loan Application Support:

Assist with the application process, including contacting borrowers for missing information, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

Data Management:

Maintain and update loan-related records and databases.

Loan Closings:

Assist with scheduling and managing loan closings, ensuring all parties are present and all documents are completed.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant loan regulations and lending policies.

Communication:

Communicate effectively wit h clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the loan application process.
