As a Loan Officer, you'll work directly with women's groups and community members, managing loan disbursements, ensuring timely repayments, and building lasting relationships. •Key Responsibilities:•
- Work in the field to provide group loans
- Explain loan products and structures
- Conduct loan disbursements and follow-ups
- Ensure timely loan repayments
- Build and maintain customer relationships
•Skills & Qualifications:•
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products
- 12th pass (Intermediate) minimum, degree preferred
•Perks & Benefits:•
- Salary: ?20,000 to ?23,000 (Net Take Home)

- Holidays: Second & Fourth Saturdays + government holidays
