Loan Manager needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.Immediate Joining.Job Summary:The Loan Manager will oversee the loan counselling team, ensuring that student leads are efficiently converted into loan applications and processed through to disbursement. This role involves managing the performance of loan counsellors, coordinating with lenders, and optimizing the loan application process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of loan counsellors.
Set performance targets and monitor the teams progress.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.Operational Oversight:
Streamline the loan application process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Resolve escalated issues and provide solutions to complex problems.Strategic Planning:
Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates and loan disbursements.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the follow-up process.
Address and resolve high-priority customer issues and complaints.Qualifications:xe2x97x8f Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).xe2x97x8f Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan processing or financial services, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.xe2x97x8f In-depth knowledge of loan products, processes, and regulations.xe2x97x8f Proven leadership and team management skills.xe2x97x8f Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.xe2x97x8f Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Skills:
