Position : Loan Officer
Salary : ?20,000 - ?22,000 per month
Experience : 1-3 years in a related field (preferably in loans)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with unsecured loan applications and processes.
• Evaluate customer eligibility and verify financial documents.
• Provide accurate information on loan products and terms.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing queries and concerns.
• Ensure efficient processing and disbursement of loans.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline loan applications.
• Keep detailed records of loan applications and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field (preferably in loans).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of unsecured loan processes and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
