Responsible for selling loan products to shop keepers and vendors
Meeting prospective clients and explaining the terms and conditions of the products
Ensuring all queries raised by credit team is resolved in timely manner
Handholding the customers during and after onboarding
Ensuring timely collection from the customers
Reporting to Team leaders and attending daily meetings.
