Job Description
• Oversee loading/unloading of goods from trucks/containers.
• Ensure safe, efficient handling in compliance with company policies.
• Lead and assign tasks to workers.
• Provide training on safe practices and optimize workflow.
• Monitor goods' quantity and condition.
• Report discrepancies, ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Enforce safety protocols (PPE, legal regulations).
• Conduct safety inspections and resolve hazards.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
• Maintain records of all loading/unloading activities.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Report malfunctions promptly.
• Address delays, damages, and performance issues.
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
