Job Title: Loading Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Loading Supervisor to oversee loading operations at our Raigarh location. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods. A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role, as travel within the site and to nearby locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage a team of loaders and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect goods before and after loading to verify quantity, quality, and accuracy of shipments.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline loading schedules and meet dispatch timelines.
• Maintain records of loading activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Conduct regular training sessions for loaders on safe handling practices and efficient loading techniques.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and loading standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards related to loading and unloading operations.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and documentation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for travel within the site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
