Loading Supervisor
Job Description
• Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers to manage inventory and shipments.
• Monitoring the handling of materials to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Training and supervising loading personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Addressing any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruption to the supply chain.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed records of shipments and inventory.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance loading efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
