• Oversee daily operations of the driver team.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation issues.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to drivers.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain transportation records and reports.
