We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Quest Global. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective training programs for our employees.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics and animations, to enhance learning materials
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design



Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
• Proficient in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
