Consider joining our team and unlock your potential.JOB TITLE: LMS Training Administrator IJOB SUMMARYWorking under minimal supervision, provides Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management of records within the training records database to ensure regulatory compliance. Deploys online training including item, program, curriculum and assignment profile creation. Creates and runs reports as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Supports all Regions and departments to build and maintain training assignments, programs, and curricula within the LMS.
  • Consults with instructional designers and project owners to identify and best solutions for curriculum/program structure and assignments.
  • Prepares both routine and special learning reports and analyzes as required to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.
  • Seeks clarification as needed from report requestor to understand the business need to ensure the correct data is included in the report query.
  • Compiles and analyzes results of various learning reports, makes inquiries to understand results, and detects errors through critical review of results.
  • Assists with development and documentation of standard and customized reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Responsible for fulfilling requests for training reports during internal and external audits.
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in LMS; continuously increases LMS application/tools knowledge.
  • May assist in identification, creation, implementation, and maintenance of training for QMS policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducationAssociate degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered and same exp as listed below.ExperienceMinimum 2 years\' experience with 1+ year working with administration of an LMS or similar information system a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry with a quality management system preferred.
  • Life-sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical or biomedical industry experience preferred.
  • Success in an internal customer support role.
  • SuccessFactors/Plateau LMS administration experience is a plus.

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical components and be able to generalize best practices from experience for use in a new environment.
  • Strong ability to explain complex issues and discuss trade-offs of potential solutions in non-technical terms.
  • Self-directed individual with strong motivation and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong ability to develop, manipulate and maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizing and priority setting skills.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service oriented and possesses interpersonal skills. Is action-oriented and is able to drive for results.
