: Global Curriculum Owner



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Curriculum Owner to join our team at Quest Global. As a leading company in the Energy industry, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients worldwide.



As the Global Curriculum Owner, you will be responsible for developing and managing the curriculum for our organization on a global scale. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum plans for various job roles and functions
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
• Implement effective instructional design strategies to enhance learning outcomes
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training materials
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of training programs
• Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
