Role:

Responsible for building connect with the colleges and other govt stakeholders to identify and mobilise fresh passed out graduates from the underserved communities/college to enrol them in Magic Bus CWW programme.

Responsibility:

Mapping colleges and signing MOU with shortlisted colleges.

Conducting mobilization drives.

Creating avenues for generating potential leads

Documenting the leads and its conversion

Responsible for collecting the data base from various source.

Calling the youths from the data base, explaining them about the program and enrol them successfully in the training.

Regular Follow up with the youths and staying connected with them.

Deliver structured training program as designed by the Content team.

Engage in activity-based sessions.

Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and youth receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions.

Apply and continuously develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun, and interactive.

Work in partnership with the placement manager to impart sectoral knowledge to the youths and provide them with guidance that empowers them to make positive choices about potential careers.

Identifying and counselling youths who are at risk of dropping out of the programme.

Build strong and trusted relationships with youth from the start of their engagement with Magic Bus.

Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness of the Livelihood programme.

Always Act as a role model demonstrating behaviour that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field.

High level of patience and resilience

Willing to spend time in the community at the grass-roots level and should be willing to travel extensively.

Good facilitation skills and ability create classroom learning activities based on topic.

Qualification & Experience:

Preferably a graduate with minimum 2-3 years to experience handling the youths in the age group of 21-25.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?330,000.00 per year
