Deltatre provides strategy, planning, consultancy across all stages of our client's lifecycle.PositionReporting to the Event Manager, the Live Operator performs Video Streaming Operations in Live Production environment, as required.Requirements

• Coordination of the live-operator team during live operations
• Quality control of operational output
• Managing two-way communications with the client during live operations
• Manages operational escalations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent output quality
• Working out of hours, weekends, late and over-night, and at short notice, the role requires a high level of flexibility.

Requirements

• Experience in computer usage
• Experience working with Live online video streaming. Experience with Elemental Encoders and Windows Azure very beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills (able to clearly and credibly explain issues to II and III Level support teams).
• Has ideally worked in an operative role with computers.
• Confident to make decisions to resolve issues with limited supervision
• Enjoys working in a fast paced and highly pressured environment
• Able to follow reliable, clear and quality (process) documentation
• Good knowledge and practical experience of technologies mentioned
• Degree educated with a science or technology focus (desirable)
• Sport knowledge is very beneficial
