Our growing online retail business is looking for a customer support candidate to support the retail forex traders (international B2C) through Live whatsapp chat, email. (Non-voice only). Work from a nearby office at Hiranandani, OMR (near Marina Mall)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer support is given only through Live Chat and Email (Non-voice).
Answers customer queries online regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Handling of B2C international customer from all parts of the world, providing technical support on time
Ability To Multi-Task, Prioritize, And Manage Time Effectively
Excellent written English communication skills.
Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Handling Social Media such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Job Qualification and Skills:
Knowledge of Forex Trading Market
Computer Science or IT graduate. Typing speed must be Minimum 40 Words Per Minute).
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
