Position: Live Chat Agent (Customer Success)

Job Summary:

The Live Chat Agent (Customer Success) will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries through our Helpdesk live chat platform. This role involves providing timely, accurate, and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating support tickets for unresolved issues. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and courteously.

? Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and alternatives.

? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and create detailed support tickets.

? Track and document all customer interactions and updates in the ticketing system.

? Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

? Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and systems.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably through live chat.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

? Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and manage time effectively.

? Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software.

? Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

? Ability to work ?exible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Preferred Quali?cations:

? Experience working in a customer success role within the ecommerce or software industry.

? Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?365,292.35 - ?570,113.52 per year
