Shepherd Law Associates (SLA) is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. We are a full-service law firm having a wide range of corporate practice which includes due diligence, drafting of agreements (ESOP, Service, Sponsorship, Franchise, Licensing, Share Purchase, etc.), advisory (corporate, investment, etc.). The firm has international collaborations with firms and corporate houses in UAE & Singapore. Candidates should be having 2 to 4 years of core litigation experience such as drafting (SLP's, Writs, Appeals, Recovery/Declaration Suits, Summary Suits, Complaints, Insolvency Petitions, Reply, and Written Statement etc.), appearance before all Courts, Tribunals, Commissions etc. in Delhi and other states. The candidate should be able to argue the cases before any court/tribunal.
