About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Advocate to join our esteemed team. The Litigation Advocate will play a pivotal role in representing clients in various legal proceedings, including court trials, arbitrations, and negotiations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong command of litigation strategies, excellent advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of legal principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Representing clients in litigation matters, including drafting, pleadings, conducting legal research, and presenting arguments in court.

Collaborating with clients to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.

Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes outside of court whenever possible.

Conducting thorough case analysis to assess risks, anticipate challenges, and devise effective legal strategies.

Maintaining accurate records of case developments and communicating regularly with clients on case progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 0-03 years of experience.

Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Noida, India
