Products to offer right from 10K to 100Cr of investments on Fixed Income.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of outbound tele sales representatives to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience- Analyse sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.- Coach and develop team members, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts- Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.- Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.Requirements and skills :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing large team of minimum 20-30 outbound tele sales and delivering sales growth results- Hands on experience with software and MS Excel.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines (ref:updazz.com)
