Job description :As a Growth & Retention Associate you will be involved in executing campaigns end to end, and running retention & engagement strategies for Liquide as a part of our x to 10x journey.You will be working directly with the leadership team. This role requires an analytical and out-of-the-box mentality, with a knack for writing killer content.Key Responsibilities :- Own campaign execution and measurement : Own and execute end-to-end campaigns and measure the effectiveness of campaigns across channels such as Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp & SMS.- User segmentation and content Relevance : Incorporate user segmentation to deliver relevant content across all touch points.- Craft and execute efficient customer retention & growth strategies for marketing & business- Gain insights into user behaviour to enhance in-app retention by utilising multiple channels such as WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS & email.- Design and implement customer lifecycle journeys across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Execute unforeseen tasks and requirements promptly and effectively.- Strategise and analyse with the leadership team on ways to increase revenue, engagement and retention of customers on the platform across the funnel.Requirements :- Experience in writing creative marketing content with a knack for influencing customers- Strong English language proficiency- Excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively- Familiarity and knowledge of tools such as WebEngage, Gupshup etc. is good to have- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Passionate about learning and growing in a dynamic business environment- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsJoin us if :- You want to disrupt one of the most traditional industries in India- You have been longing to join an early-age well-funded startup with a rock-star team- You get excited by open culture and freedom to innovateBenefits and why you should join us : This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills.
