The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you\xe2\x80\x99ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients \xe2\x80\x93 which means some of the biggest in the world.

There\xe2\x80\x99s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Responsibilities
Linux/AIX Admin Lead SME - 4 to 10 yrs

Required Skills
1) Should have strong knowledge on Redhat Linux OS administration skills.
2) Ansible and Datacentre automation expert.
3) Configure and troubleshoot PCS cluster , GFS2 file systems in RHEL
4) Experienced in Data center environment
5) Expertise in OS , S/W, Patch Management, Product upgrades and performance testing
6) Experience on creating new OS images and patch engineering
7) Multipath configuration and troubleshooting.
8) Strong expertise Logical Volume Manager Administration and troubleshooting
9) Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels.
10) knowledge of Storage products
11) Hands-on experience on VMWare (VSphere, VCenter) Platform
12) Experience on VMware template and OVA deployment
13) Should have experience in ITIL processes
14) Exposure to ticketing, monitoring and patching tool
15) Good written and verbal communication skills
16) Should be dynamic for managing workloads and working under pressure
17) Should handle customer escalation and meetings
Qualifications
[BE/B.tech or Masters.]
