Excellent knowledge of the Linux OS internals. \xc2\xb7 Support knowledge of different flavours of Linux like Oracle Linux, RHEL, CentOS is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux servers in a production environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent system-level debugging skills and experience with one or more functional areas of Linux (e.g., kernel, networking, file system, gcc). \xc2\xb7 Experience with Virtualization and Clustering technologies. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud platforms is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Experience working on NGINX, Load Balancer, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various Cloud technologies and Firewall (Cisco, SonicWall, FortiGate etc.). \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. . Scripting/programming experience helpful (shell, Python, Perl) \xc2\xb7 Excellent spoken and written English communications skills. \xc2\xb7 Good customer interaction skills. \xc2\xb7 Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach. \xc2\xb7 Should also be familiar with the TCP/IP stack and common Internet protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS.
