Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business.What you will be doing:xc2xb7 Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.xc2xb7 Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.xc2xb7 Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.xc2xb7 Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.xc2xb7 Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.xc2xb7 Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.What you bring:

• 2 to 5 Years of Site Reliability ( SRE) practices and Production support experience with knowledge in Unix/LINUX platform with very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.
• Must have experience in Apache Tomcat (installation & Configuration) Java/Linux Troubleshooting and RCA.
• Hands On experience in Tomcat deployment configuration or any other relevant middleware server. ust have experience in Any database
• Must have experience on CI/CD tools with Jenkins/Ansible/Groovy/Python is desirable and experience in Shell and PowerShell scripting is required.

Added Bonus if you have:

• Hands on experience of shell script.
• Knowledge on Ansible,Python,Networking
• Knowledge of groovy pipelines, Jenkins setup and configuration.
