As Technical Support, you\'ll perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using your technical expertise and available resources to ensure that our customers\' issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You\'ll also have the opportunity to perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients, ensuring that all related administrative duties are completed within Service Level Agreement objectives.

Role and Responsibilities of the Job:
Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.
Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Linux server administration and team management.
Good communication skills, Need to participate in client meetings.
Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations.
Installation of systems OS ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues .
Working on Service Desk tickets.
Coordinating with IT stake holders to fix the issues.
Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status.
Perform the IT related task and update the status higher management on regularly.
Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

A minimum of 3+ years of overall experience in IT Linux / Unix Domain with proven experience in Windows Operations.
Client Meetings, External Audit, Microsoft Linux OS Installation, Linux, Ubuntu, Debian Environment, Server Administration- Linux, System Administration.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma.
