Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Strategy & Management
o Develop and implement comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with overall
business objectives.
o Optimize and manage the company's LinkedIn profile/page to enhance brand presence and
thought leadership.
2. Content Creation & Curation
o Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to LinkedIn audiences
(articles, posts, images, videos, etc.).
o Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to generate content that supports
lead generation and brand messaging.
3. Audience Growth & Engagement
o Actively grow the LinkedIn network by connecting with industry professionals, prospects,
and key influencers.
o Engage with followers by responding to comments, participating in relevant discussions, and
leveraging LinkedIn Groups.
4. Lead Generation & Nurturing
o Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, connect with, and nurture
potential leads.
o Develop targeted campaigns aimed at converting LinkedIn connections into qualified sales
opportunities.
o Global Focus: Prioritize candidates who have a proven track record of global lead generation
and successful lead closing.
5. LinkedIn Advertising & Campaigns
o Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic,
and conversions.
o Monitor ad spend and ROI to ensure campaigns meet predefined targets.
6. Research & Competitive Analysis
o Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and competitor strategies on LinkedIn.
o Develop insights and create pitch decks or presentations to propose new strategies and
improvements for the LinkedIn presence.
7. Analytics & Reporting
o Monitor LinkedIn analytics and key performance metrics.
o Prepare regular reports that detail campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead
generation progress to inform strategy adjustments.
8. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn activities with broader
company objectives.
o Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features, algorithm changes, and best practices to
continually refine strategy.
Requirements:
? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
field.
? Experience:
o 2-3 years of direct experience managing LinkedIn profiles, pages, and campaigns for a brand
or agency.
o Global Lead Generation: Prior experience in global lead generation and successfully closing
leads is highly desirable and will be considered a top priority.
? Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Advertising.
o Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to track and
optimize performance.
? Communication: Excellent copywriting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
? Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, conduct competitor analysis, and apply insights to
improve strategies.
? Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Profile & Network Growth
o Increase in the number of followers and connections on the company LinkedIn page.
o Growth in profile visits and search appearances.
2. Content Engagement
o Engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates) on posts and articles.
o Consistency in content posting and overall content quality as measured by audience
feedback and reach.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
o Number of qualified leads generated through LinkedIn activities.
o Conversion rate of LinkedIn leads to opportunities or sales.
o Specific focus on metrics reflecting global outreach, such as international lead conversion
rates.
o Engagement metrics on LinkedIn campaigns (e.g., InMail response rates, ad CTR).
4. Campaign Performance
o ROI on LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including cost-per-lead and cost-per-click metrics.
o Achievement of campaign-specific objectives (traffic, engagement, lead generation).
5. Research & Competitive Insights
o Timeliness and quality of market research and competitor analysis reports.
o Successful incorporation of research insights into actionable strategies (e.g., pitch decks,
content pivots).
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
o Accuracy and frequency of performance reports provided to management.
o Demonstrated improvements in strategy based on analytics and ongoing testing.
