Horizon Prime Hospital, a NABH-accredited 120-bedded multi-specialty hospital, is looking for a

Linen Executive

to join our team. The Linen Executive will be responsible for managing the flow of linen within the hospital, coordinating with in-house laundry assistants and external laundry vendors, and maintaining accurate records of linen stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with in-house laundry assistants for the collection, cleaning, and distribution of linens across the hospital. Ensure that all hospital floors return the linen stock after use in a timely and efficient manner. Liaise with external laundry vendors, ensuring they return the linens provided for cleaning within the required time frame and in good condition. Maintain daily reports of linen stock, including the quantity of clean and used linens. Prepare and submit monthly reports on linen inventory, usage, and any discrepancies. Oversee the proper storage of clean linen and ensure that it is appropriately distributed to the hospital floors as needed. Monitor linen quality and report any damaged or lost linens to the concerned departments. Ensure adherence to hospital standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all linen-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital laundry/linen management. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

HSC Graduate or equivalent. Previous experience working with hospital laundry systems and vendors is required.
