Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Operations :
• Operate and monitor machines on the assembly line.
• Assemble products or components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of parts during assembly.
• Quality Assurance :
• Conduct visual inspections of products for defects or deviations.
• Report quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance :
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate major problems to the maintenance team.
• Ensure proper machine calibration before production begins.
• Production Efficiency :
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Minimize downtime and wastage during production.
• Report any process inefficiencies or delays to the supervisor.
• Health & Safety Compliance :
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Complete shift logs and submit reports as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
