Responsibilities:

Work closely with the media production team, including video editors, graphic designers, and writers, to produce compelling political videos for both short and long- form content.
Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work collaboratively with the content team to ensure that videos are aligned with our clients\' political goals and messaging.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Manage talent for videos as needed.
Ensure that all content produced meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects areexecuted effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in producing high-quality videos.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of the media production process, including pre-production,production, and post-production.
Knowledge of political trends, issues, and news would be a plus.
