Job Description

Job responsibilities :

• Processing and Packaging : Operating machinery that processes and packages seafood, ensuring products are processed and packed according to industry standards and quality requirements.
• Quality Control : Monitoring the quality of seafood items on the production line. This includes checking for freshness, proper cuts, and ensuring no contamination occurs.
• Machine Operation and Maintenance : Operating specialized equipment, such as filleting, cutting, and packing machines, and performing basic maintenance to keep machines in working order.
• Sanitation and Safety : Adhering to strict hygiene protocols due to the perishable nature. This involves regularly cleaning machinery and work areas to prevent contamination, as well as following safety guidelines.
• Inventory and Supplies : Monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors when additional materials are needed for packaging or processing.
• Reporting and Documentation : Documenting production numbers, recording any issues with machinery, and providing reports on output and quality to supervisors.
• Team Coordination : Working alongside other line operators and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow, meeting production goals and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
