Line Cook Chennai, India About the Job: The mission of the cook is to extend food services into the early evening and to provide dining alternatives to the offerings served in the cafe. As well, this position offers assistance with any onsite catering events. The incumbent of this role demonstrates exceptional work ethic, depth of recipe execution, the ability to mainly work alone or function within a team, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for daily miscellaneous production and service for all a la carte and some event catering. Monitoring food supply levels and informing the manager (chef) of low stock to ensure that the food preparation process isn?t disrupted or delayed due to insufficient ingredients. Your Impact:
