Lighting Engineer for LED Light Manufacturing

• Carry out R&D Process for New Product Development
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.
• Collaborate with management to set production targets and establish goals for the production team.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
• Enforces company policies and guidelines
• Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques

Lighting Technician for LED Light Manufacturing Skills Requirement

• Multimeter operation and understanding
• LUX Meter operation and understanding
• similar experience in LED Light Manufacturing
• Broad knowledge of LED Light Production
• Comfortable working in LED Light manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Mainly Word & Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• total work in LED Light Industry: 2 years (Required)
