Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot elevator systems. You will ensure elevators and escalators are running safely and efficiently by performing regular maintenance, addressing issues, and responding to service requests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Replace faulty parts, wiring, and components when needed.
• Rapid Response to emergency service calls, & Breakdown
• Ensure elevators meet safety standards and code requirements.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Communicate with customers about issues and solutions.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma in ITI Electrical or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in elevator maintenance or a similar technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work safely in various environments, including confined spaces.

Working Condition s:

• Travel to different job sites (commercial and residential buildings).
• On-call availability for emergencies may be required.
• Open to work on sites
• Should be a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?270,000.00 - ?306,000.00 per year
