JOB DESCRIPTION In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Should handle day to day administrative activities in line with Supervisor and Department Head to meet the company requirements. Manage the Service Engineers movement planning and post-service financial completion in collaboration with account managers and Service Engineers. Coordinate with supervisor to modify task dates of Service Engineers when required and communicate the task to Service Engineers. Work directly with key internal and external customers during Service Requests and update supervisor in a timely manner. Manage the quote process by working directly with customers, outside sales, inside sales, and Service Engineers. Manage Service and AMC orders and acknowledge the customers in a timely manner. Maintain Service Engineers Visit reports/Time Sheets and Order Sheets on daily basis. Work with Service Engineers to raise invoice immediately after completion of job with supervisor review and approvals. Responsible for creation and resolution of vendor purchase orders related to the assigned service account. Submit weekly report and forecast for completed and ongoing Service activities. You balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try new approaches, stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. For This Role, You Will Need: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the necessary skills to effectively apply technology and systems specific to the department required. Solid understanding and work experience in Oracle is an added advantage. Job holder reports to the Field Services Manager. Building trust and relationship with customers, internal relationships with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Any bachelor\'s degree in arts, Science or commerce or related discipline, with minimum 6 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the necessary skills to effectively utilize technology and systems specific to the department required. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
