• Recruiting and developing: Recruiting and developing Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) or agents, and ensuring agent licensing
• Managing: Managing a team of leaders and agents, and driving agent productivity
• Sales: Implementing sales promotions, delivering new and renewal business, and generating revenue
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with IRDA guidelines
• Networking: Networking with top channel partners, and working with variable agency partners
• Tracking: Tracking competition
• Reporting: Maintaining business reporting, and reviewing with a reporting manager on a weekly basis
• Coaching and mentoring: Coaching and mentoring PFAs, and developing teams
• Customer needs: Understanding customer needs
