Website:Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities):We are seeking a highly motivated and equally talented individual to join our Life & Health Reinsurance team servicing our Indian clients. In this role, based in Mumbai, the new team member will play an integral part in the development of our Indian Life & Health Reinsurance business with a strong and immediate focus on Group Insurance solutions including PMJJBY, AB, Credit Life & Microfinance Schemes.The role will focus on identifying and understanding our Life & Health insurance clients objectives and reinsurance needs and winning the right to place these reinsurance arrangements into the local and overseas reinsurance markets on their behalf.Responsibilities

• A core member of Aons Life & Health Reinsurance broking team, reporting to the Head of Life Reinsurance for India.
• Contribute to the development of our service offering, marketing and value proposition to existing and prospective clients.
• Provide timely and insightful analysis on Industry developments, market insights and competitor landscape.
• Prepare and review the insurance and marketing information (whether quantitative or qualitative) needed for undertaking reinsurance tenders, negotiating with reinsurers on behalf of our clients, and completing reinsurance transactions.
• Present the terms and conditions, the risks, and the economics of a reinsurance transaction to potential stakeholders.
• Collaborate with (re)insurance markets to expand the current (re)insurance offering to provide flexibility and capacity to our clients.
• Assist the Head of Life Reinsurance in the ongoing review, development and execution of Aons overall strategy for Life & Health reinsurance business in India.

• University graduate in Business, Economics, Actuarial Science or related fields such as Finance or Statistical studies.

• Actuarial qualification or working towards actuarial qualification is strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in the life insurance industry working in consulting, product development, marketing or analytical roles. Reinsurance experience would be a major plus.

• Self-motivated, holds oneself accountable and takes ownership for problem resolution.
• Able to prioritize under the pressure of competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
