Job Description

This position reports to the MT Lien Resolution Team Lead. Lien Ops associate II is responsible for reviewing the healthcare lien documents (Medicare, Medicaid, Private and Military) and request for HIPPA information from Insurance companies using fax, emails and accessing portals. He will ensure that all schedule Jitbit tickets reviewed timely to resolve a lien in defined time frame. He will also be responsible for reviewing aging disputed cases to re-request or follow up with state agencies via email, fax or portal. He will work closely with a team of 25-30 India team members and US-based senior case analysts to bring HIPPA information in timely manner. This role has opportunities for future advancement to a Senior Associate and Team Lead role.

Job Responsibilities:

• To process a request to avail HIPPA information from state agencies (Medicaid) using refreshable MS excel reports. He/she will be reviewing spreadsheets and updating fields, uploading documents, and generating reports etc.
• To compare current report with previous sent report to analyze lien current status and determine how many cases are to be forwarded to collectors for HIPPA information.
• Deficiency review and taking utmost care to resolve the lien in shortest possible time frame.
• He/ She must perform the review of cases in given process by following SOP with no error. In event of any anomaly located, need to inform the supervisor.
• Responsible for handling US client communication with respect to day-to-day Medicaid operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining and organizing SOP and checklists.
• Manage updates and uploads to other databases to be determined, as needed by operations teams.
• Assist with other administrative special ad hoc projects as needed.
• Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management concerns.

Requirements / Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field with 2-4 years of work experience in international KPO.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Teams and Outlook.
• Good data entry skill. Typing speed should be over 30 WPM without looking at keyboard.
• Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills. He/ She should be able to derive the conclusion based on the given problem statement.
• Strong communication skills. He should be able to draft/respond to business email independently, participate in cliental call, manage emails in outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of documentation, MIS preparation and SOP writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
