Job Description

Ollato (Serac Education), a leading provider of educational and psychological services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be RCI registered, hold an M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology, and have significant experience in providing therapeutic services. Proficiency in Marathi is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with RCI regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
• Participate in case conferences, supervision sessions, and team meetings.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients, families, and staff as needed.
• Engage in research and development activities to improve existing services and contribute to the development of new assessment tests.
• Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in clinical psychology.

Qualifications :

• RCI Registration is mandatory.
• M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
• Strong therapeutic skills and experience in evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
