They specialize in software for creating and publishing a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.Essential Job Functions:

• This job is data analysis intense and requires pulling data from various data sources, analyzing, reconciling the data and presenting the data to the License Management Team and stakeholders.
• Run the License Management weekly revenue reports.
• Reconcile the sales orders to License Management opportunities in Sales Force.
• Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards for tracking real-time insights, KPIs and metrics.
• Preparing customer leads lists for mid-market and small customer programs
• Supporting mid-market team with ad hoc licensing tasks, Sales Force enquires and reporting queries.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Technical, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective English communication skills, in both written and oral form.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer and relationship management skills
• 3-5 years of work experience in performing reporting and data analysis.
• Data driven, analytical mindset and have attention to detail, comfortable in performing analysis on large data sets.
• Proficient in SQL, advanced excel for analysis and data visualization.
• Experience in creating and maintaining data models, understanding of database structure.
• PowerBI and/or Tableau essential for Data visualization.
• The candidate should be able to work individually while operating as a collaborative team player.
• Should be willing to go above and beyond, contribute towards process automation wherever you see an opportunity.
• The position requires the ability to multi-task, work in agile and dynamic environment.
• To liaison with Global Teams, the candidate must be flexible with working hours (currently the License Management Team typically works in EU/US hours)
• Client knowledge (advantage)

• Understanding of Client reporting and ecosystem (advantage)
