Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Classroom Management:

Organize and maintain library resources, ensuring accessibility for all users. Create a welcoming and inclusive library space. Implement digital tools and innovative cataloging techniques to improve user experience.

Curriculum Implementation:

Follow the prescribed curriculum and develop supplementary learning materials. Integrate technology and interactive activities into lessons. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Student Assessment and Development:

Maintain records of library usage and resource circulation. Provide individualized support to address learning challenges. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Parental Engagement:

Assist library users in finding resources and provide guidance on research techniques. Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops. Foster a strong home-school connection to support student learning.

Collaboration and Professional Growth:

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and community members to enhance library services. Participate in professional development programs and training. Stay updated with best practices in primary education.
