Job Title - Librarian - Content Centre OperationsCareer Level - CGlobal Commercial Operations (GCO) is part of Global Business Services and is the operating arm that supports AstraZenecas marketing teams with quality, relevant and up-to-date Commercial Content, marketing campaigns with digital Omnichannel capabilities, Digital Omnichannel Brand analytics and Global Meetings & Events. This helps in providing end to end content services across AZ, reducing time to market, consistency in Brand messaging and save cost.The Content Centre Operations Manager will lead the Content Centre Operations team that curates and manages the publishing of assets for download, localization, and reuse by the markets. We are looking for an experienced lead who understands and can optimize stages of a project lifecycle, from planning through final delivery, as well as effectively handle resource management, team training/development, and ongoing process optimization, with content-management industry experience.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the quality of the assets uploaded to CC by reviewing it against the set standards in AZ.Enforce the taxonomy and tagging of components including the license information.Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other stakeholders and organize the content in CC to meet stakeholder expectations and ongoing evolution of the processes.Partner with CC technical manager to learn about changes in the platform and process and actively suggest improvements and future enhancements, aligned to stakeholder inputs and overall content reuse strategy.Manage the governance of the portal by partnering with the CDMs to ensure only relevant content is maintained in the portal.Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other stakeholders to provision new portals or update existing portal as required.Date Posted 14-Aug-2024Closing Date 12-Sept-2024AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
