• Laision manager with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a Real Estate.

• To facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations. You will serve as a bridge, between parties. An enthusiastic Liaison Officer with knowledge of the Real Estate business who canmanage the relationships between a company and external parties. Should be proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills. To ensure due and timely renewal of all the statutory licenses. Developing and maintaining cordial relations with stakeholders in the vicinity. Should be capable of following up with revenue, police and government offices and officials' various works of record implementation, appeals, complaints, enquiries, survey, disputes, cases etc.
