Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Min 10-15 years- of experience in the liaison function for Real Estate companies, with government agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / Licenses.
- Knowledge of FSI / DCR / CFO / Civil Aviation, MCGM's DCR rules etc.
- Meeting with government officials to maintain relationships and seek approvals
- Ensuring that feasibility studies are conducted to determine the necessary statutory approvals
- Negotiating terms and conditions with the liaison architect
- Strategizing regulatory approval process & minimizing delays
