Job Description

The project requires a dedicated point of contact to facilitate communication, coordination and logistics. The ideal candidate should process:

• Sufficient experience in liaison skills / ability to deal with different State Govt departments such as NHAI, Fire, UP Pollution Control Board, Ground Water Authority, UPSIDA, Local Gram Panchayat, Municipal Corporation, Forest, Higher Education etc.
• Ability to handle all legal matters pertaining to civil, criminal, corporate, labour, property & contract laws and other matters.
• Strong leadership traits with excellent ability of coordination.
• Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and government agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop strategies to maximize mutual benefits.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
• Lead negotiations and discussions with partners to finalize agreements, contracts, and other formal arrangements.

Qualifications-

• Post Graduation (Preference Law Candidate)
• Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local environment and regulations (Shimla).
• Ability to coordinate travel.
