We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Government Coordinator to join our team and act as a bridge between government officials, vendors, and our company.
Responsibilities
Liaison and Coordination:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, departments, and vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact for government-related communications and ensure smooth coordination.
Travel and Representation:
Travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh to attend meetings, site visits, and inspections.
Represent the company in official discussions, tenders, and project reviews with government bodies.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure timely submission of tenders, proposals, and reports as per government regulations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements in contracts and agreements.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors to streamline the supply chain and manage resources for projects.
Negotiate terms and resolve issues between vendors and government departments.
Project Monitoring:
Oversee the progress of government projects, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely execution.
Provide regular updates to the management on project milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
Problem-Solving and Support:
Address and resolve issues arising from government or vendor interactions promptly.
Provide assistance in policy interpretation, grievance handling, and decision-making.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with government officials, tenders, or vendor management.
Experience in IT or infrastructure projects is a plus.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in preparing and handling official documents, contracts, and reports.
Knowledge of government procurement processes and tendering systems.
Ability to travel extensively and work under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of the local dialect is an advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel across Madhya Pradesh.
