Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Liaison Officer to act as the primary point of contact between company and various external organizations, clients, and stakeholders. The Liaison Officer will ensure effective communication, foster relationships, and coordinate activities to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communication & Coordination:
• Act as the main contact point for external organizations, clients, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and manage communication between the company and its partners, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and activities involving external parties.
• Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Information Management:
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate information relevant to external relationships and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities with external parties.
• Support & Representation:
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
• Provide support to internal teams in understanding and addressing the needs and expectations of external stakeholders.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare reports on liaison activities, including status updates, issues, and outcomes.
• Document and archive important communications and agreements with external parties.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence:
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to liaison and external relations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a liaison, coordination, or public relations role.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?58,561.36 per month
